| The organic products are those that come from organic agriculture and cattle raising.The organic farming appeared with the target of cultivating products of maximum nourishing and organoleptic quality. These products have grown with traditional technologies that respect the environment and preserve the fertility of the soil, without using products obtained through chemical synthesis (chemical fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, etc) or genetically modified organisms. The organic cattle raising is based on the raising of autochthonous species, controlled from their origin and fed with milk up to eight months and with food without any fats, flours of animal origin, or additives of any type during the whole growing or fattening process.
